Can Chairs be left outside?

Yes. Our chairs are intented to be used outdoors, and are coated with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of exterior enamel to protect the finish. Of course, they will last longer if bring them in or cover them during the winter.

How are the chairs assembled?

How are the chairs shipped?

Shipping is done via UPS and is fully insured by us. Each chair is shipped in 4 pieces (back, seat, and 2 arms), that are individually wrapped. If your chair arrives with any damage, please contact us immediately.

Since each chair is hand made, to order, please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.

How long before my chair arrives?

Since each chair is hand made when ordered, it takes 8 - 10 weeks to build, paint and ship your chair.  We will notify you when shipped.

What are the chairs made of?

Painted chairs can be made from your choice of Select Pine or Red Cedar.  Unfinished chairs are made from Red Cedar.

What size is the chair?

Will my chair be exactly as pictured on the website?

Each chair is hand made when ordered and therefore will contain some unique elements. For themed chairs, special attention is made to ensure the painting matches the theme pictures, but since it is handpainted, will not be exact, making each chair a unique creation.
